Apple, Blackberry and Almond Jalouise

Today was the turn for some puff pastry. This was a jalouise filled with caramelised apple, blackberry and chopped almonds.

I tried a new technique of making puff pastry, kneading the dough first before laminating. I found this very enjoyable and the results were fantastic. The pastry was crisp and the filling delicious.
