Almond, Orange Blossom and Strawberry Cupcakes

These are some ground almond cakes topped with orange blossom buttercream and freeze dried strawberry.

The cake is light and flavoursome, well complimented by the delicate orange blossom. I am very pleased with my first attempt at two tone buttercream. It worked fairly well indeed.
