Lemon and Ginger Viennese Biscuits

These are some ginger viennesse whirls filled with ginger buttercream, homemade lemon curd and drizzled with white chocolate.

I am very pleased with these. I think they are elegant and bright with a delicious flavour. The spice from the ginger and sharpness of the lemon curd compliment each other well, all sweetened by the white chocolate. Delicious.
