Rose and Vanilla Viennese



It is essential to treat your mum on Mother's Day. This year I have baked some viennese biscuits flavoured with a little rose water and ground vanilla. They are dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with edible rose petals.

The biscuits are buttery and delicate, with a melt in the mouth crumbly texture. The dark chocolate adds a touch of indulgence to make them extra special, and taste delicious with the rose water and vanilla. I think they look elegant and taste equally as good. They are perfect as a treat to show your mum how much you care.
