Rudolph’s Carrot Cupcakes




These are some cakes ready for Rudolph. They are a carrot and cinnamon sponge topped with an orange buttercream, oarnge marzipan carrot, rosemary and chopped pecans,

The cake was light and airy with a delicate taste. I really like the addition of the rosemary. Watch this space for rosemary cakes!
