Cranberry, Cinnamon and Raisin Tea Loaf
This is a traditional tea loaf with raisins, sultanas, currants and dried cranberries soaked in orange juice and tea, flavoured with cinnamon and sprinkled with dark brown sugar.
The bread is soft and well risen. It was perfectly shaped until it rose more than expected and ended up bulging out of the tin. After putting it in a bigger tin, the bulge was created as it was the upside down! Other than that, all is good!
