Chocolate Orange Bûche de Noël

This is a bûche de noël comprising of a chocolate decor paste, orange sponge, an orange curd and chocolate buttercream, and topped with chocolate buttercream and red currants.

This was a mostly successful swiss roll bake, aside from cracking when I unrolled it. If my tin was the right size then it would perhaps have worked perfectly! Other than that, it is delicious!
