Week 4, Traybakes Signature Traycake.

My signature traycake is a Mary Berry inspired ginger and treacle spiced cake. It is a ginger and treacle cake with ginger icing and diced stem ginger.

The cake turned out to be moist and flavoursome and is complimented by the ginger icing. I enjoyed being back in my comfort zone of cakes and using my new kitchen machine!
