Hot Water Pastry Pie

Once again my posts are deviating from the challenge, but there is only a certain amount of cake that can be consumed within a week (although I am pushing the boundaries to the limit!) hence I am baking other things in between.

This time it was the turn of the pastry challenge. I attempted some hot water pastry and created a turkey, stuffing and cranberry hand raised pie.

It took a few attempts to shape with moulding and re-moulding but in the end it worked and turned out fantastically!
