Wholemeal Seeded Loaf




Among developing my skills for my bake off challenge, I decided to put what I have learnt so far to the test and bake a loaf of bread. My favourite loaf is a seeded wholemeal so I decided to attempt this.

The use of wholemeal flour posed a few challenges in terms of the rise however after some experimenting, two failed loaves and a long time kneading, I have developed a very eatable, soft loaf. I shall be making this regularly. It was great.
