Week 3, Savoury Showstopper World Bread

My showstopper bake in savoury week was a Rosemary Focaccia.

This bake used a surprisingly large amount of yeast and hence rose considerably during proving creating a very light bread. It was delicious and had a great texture. A savoury success.
