Strawberry and Cream Chiffon Cakes.

These are vanilla chiffon cakes with a strawberry coulis centre topped with soy yoghurt and more coulis.

This was my third and more successful attempt at chiffon cake, one that I can only describe as delicate. It clearly takes some perfecting. Nonetheless, it is the best flavoured cake I have tasted.
