Lemon Curd Macaron Cakes.

These are little lemon curd cakes topped with lemon buttercream, lemon curd and a macaron.

The cake itself was moist and, although the lemon curd sank to the bottom, it gave it that extra boost of flavour. The buttercream was beautifully piped and the little macaron gave it a crunch and made it almost like a flower. I am happy with these.
