Week 8, Biscuits Signature Coffee Accompaniment.
The signature bake this week was apricot, orange and pistachio biscotti. There are the traditional Italian twice-baked biscuit flavoured with chopped apricot, pistachio nuts and orange.
The combination of flavours was great and the biscotti itself baked well. Despite a slight issue with the quantities of ingredients in the recipe, it went very well. I am pleased with the outcome.
