Tomato and Basil Wholemeal Loaf




This week’s bread venture was a loaf with a twist. It is flavoured with cherry tomatoes and torn basil. The addition of the flavouring led to a suddenly very sloppy dough, but it seems to have incorporated well in the proving and makes for a tasty bread., despite a slightly strange fold along the bottom. Not a perfect form, but definitely a perfect taste.
