Chocolate Mousse

Today’s dessert was a chocolate mousse. It ended up having a rather large amount of air being whipped out of it as the chocolate became a little lumpy however this just resulted in a delicious rich chocolate pot topped with orange cream and amaretto biscuits. So it became a delicious pudding.
