Tomato and Basil Stuffed Wholemeal Bread

This isn’t quite the bake I intended to make, but the bread in the end was delicious. The dough itself proved well and had a great flavour and the addition of the tomato and basil gave it a delicious taste to go perfectly with my dinner. That was an unintentional success!
