American Pancakes

I have begun my Shrove Tuesday celebrations by making some american pancakes. They created a fantastic dessert and were surprisingly quick and easy to bake.

The second pancake instalment will follow later in the week (sadly not actually on Tuesday but that is unavoidable)!
