Morning Glory Cake

This is a sandwich cake similar to a carrot cake but containing extra ingredients of apple, coconut, walnuts and raisins. It is put together and decorated with lemon butter cream and whole walnuts.

This cake was an oil-based creation so was moist and gooey. It was loved by all and I am very happy with it in all.
