Lemon Swiss Roll

After watching the swiss rolls being made on the Great British Bake Off, I really fancies baking another one myself. This time I embarked on a lemon flavoured sponge with lemon buttercream.

It wasn’t quite perfect, a slight crack, so a bit of a disappointment compared to my first attempt. But this was down to not enough whisking of the egg and sugar. Other than that is was lemony and delicious.
