Banoffee Pie
I made a traditional Banoffee Pie as a dessert using my new flan tin. It was a shortcrust pastry case with a toffee filling, banana slices, whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
The pastry was very short and crumbly, the filling sweet and fudgy and the top finished it off nicely. I am very pleased and love my new tin!
