Week 8, Biscuits Technical Bake.

The technical bake this week was some traditional custard creams. They are custard flavoured biscuits with a custard vanilla buttercream filling.

The biscuits themselves had a great taste and bake and the cream, although a little runny, was great. All in all, a good biscuit.
