Week 8, Biscuits Showstopper Biscuit Tin

The showstopper biscuit tin bake were some chocolate digestives. They are a traditional oaty biscuit topped with a dark chocolate icing.

The biscuit was interesting to make and turned out fairly authentic. The chocolate had a delicate balance adding extra flavour and avoiding being too bitter despite its cocoa content. I am very pleased.
