Easter Biscuits

I am taking a break from the challenge before the last week commences to make some Easter bakes.

The first bake is Easter Biscuits, traditionally given to guests on Easter Sunday. They are currant filled spiced shortbread biscuits, similar in flavour to a Hot Cross Bun.

They were easy to make and great fun. I now feel as though it is Easter!
