Wholemeal Loaf.


This week I continued with my attempts at baking bread and opted for another try at the standard wholemeal loaf. I decided on a higher hydration level due to the absorption level of wholemeal flour. 


I ended up with most of the dough stuck to my hands and it made a big mess, but it was worth it. The end product was the lightest bake I have created. It was a real success. 


I have conquered wholemeal bread.
