Week 3, Savoury Technical Bake

This week’s technical bake was english muffins.

I have to say they were remarkably good, despite the catastrophes that threatened to interfere. The dough proved well and hence they have turned out light with perfect air bubbles and a brown colour on top. I am very pleased with these.
