Week 2, Sweet Dough Signature Buns
My signature buns were cinnamon and raisin whirls. They are made in a round and pulled apart so, despite looking almost burnt on top due to the browning of the egg glaze, they are soft and pale in the centre.
This was my first attempt at sweet dough and it made a big sticky mess in the kitchen! They turned out better than I expected them too; they look good and taste great. Overall I am chuffed.
