Week 9, Tea Party Showstopper Sandwich Cake.

The final bake of the challenge was a whole orange spice cake. It is a flourless cake made by boiling and then blending whole oranges to mix into the batter. It is layered with orange mascarpone and orange pulp.

The cake is unsurprisingly very moist and packed full of orange flavour. It was an overall fairly successful bake. I am pleased with the end of the challenge.
